This is an update of information for players that are having problems viewing or logging into the iRO website.
It seems that recently with the Internet Explorer 8 and Adobe Flash updates (update on Sep 9) a false positive client side report is generated.
Symptoms of this is when you have Flash and Java enabled yet when you login you receive the "Enable Java and Flash" error report.

Basically, go to adobe flashes website and download and update flash a few times, then restart the PC. This should correct the issue (it did for me and several others).
